本來對伊坂幸太郎的書沒甚麼興趣，但當淇淇提起他是《死神的精確度》（電影【甜言蜜雨】的原著）的作者時，興趣便立即來了。又由於淇淇推介的《Lush Life》還未到手，於是便在圖書館的書架上抽了伊坂幸太郎另一本著作《天才搶匪 面面俱盜》，借回家細讀。
想看《天才搶匪 面面俱盜》，主要是由於書名搶眼。另外，每章的標題與副標題，也編排得很引人：
第一章 歹徒們各自過著日常生活，偶爾也關照他人
『站在巨人肩上，能比巨人看得更遠』
『住在玻璃屋的人，不能亂丟石頭』
『不打破蛋殼就不能做出蛋包飯』
『對剃了毛的羊，神也會吹送暖風』
第二章 歹徒記取上次失敗擬妥對策，但搶完銀行才發現麻煩事還在後頭
「一朝被蛇咬，下次更小心」
第三章 歹徒為了救出夥伴，商量之付諸行動
「愚者才會攻擊連天使都害怕的地方」
第四章 歹徒們依照計畫潛入敵營，卻接二連三出現突發狀況
「最大的財富就是滿足於僅有的財富」
可有留意第一、三、四章的副標題，全都譯自英文的名言諺語？不知大家認得多少？

Why did you leave out the second 章 ? That's "once bitten, twice shy", no?
回覆刪除Confession: I don't know the fourth one of the first 章 , and the fourth 章. I only recognize the first part of the first one of the first 章 . I know the third 章 only from an old song.

That one on the dwarf and the giant, I am only familiar with the expression about "standing on the shoulder of giants", often used by folks with great accomplishment trying to sound modest. I never heard of the full expression you listed.

That omlette thing sounded really familiar, but I couldn't recall where I read about it.
這一本可也在期待看，早前一口氣看了伊坂的《華麗人生》（即lush life)、《奧杜邦的祈禱》及《末日愚者》，當中最喜愛奧杜邦，故事很天馬行空，末日屬小品式、多個短故事組合，非推理類作品。因為手上沒有天才盜匪，於是插看了道尾秀介的《烏鴉的拇指》（因為拿了推理作家協會獎、又有東野圭吾的美言），也的確有水準。在此推介

我的推理書單通常會看東野圭吾, 伊坂幸太郎先,當然連城三紀彥為最愛最出色的作家,可惜沒多少中譯本

要找連城的書,在圖書館會難一點,記憶中你不看簡體字,否則,國內不久前出了他的<一支桔梗花>,是全票獲直木獎佳作
