[上回提要：男友發現栗子妹的電腦只有256 MB RAM …]
星期日，男友拿了一條256 MB RAM上來，為栗子妹加在手提電腦中，然後著栗開機測試速度。一試，果然快了很多，Word的運作也順暢了。
其實栗不是不知道自己的那部電腦慢，但用了四年多也就逐漸習慣下來。有時候在洗澡前開機開Word，然後洗完澡出來便可以打字用功。別人可能覺得匪夷所思，但對栗來說其實沒甚麼損失或不妥──從前家裡沒電腦，不也是照樣過嗎？
無論如何，都得謝謝男友那條 RAM。

栗子妹怎麼看，都覺得 hurting 是誤植。但換了 hunting，卻又好像有點怪怪的。有誰能告訴栗那是甚麼一回事嗎？
1. 256RAM如果唔畀妳用，應該都冇乜電腦用得著。

2. Teacher 說得對，標題沒錯，因為 hurt for 可解作「處於困境」，符合新聞內容。可一般 hurt for 多用來說缺錢，拿來說醫院護士短缺好古怪~~~
Without context, I'll vote for Hurting. Hurting for some people means you're very sympathic to their plight, to the point of being hurt. "Hunting for Nurses" sounds like a nurse recruitment ad headline with terrible diction.

早前〈頭條日報〉都有類似情況，大字標題寫住「阿叻"老"羞成怒」，真係唔知個編輯係咪有心玩o野呀！

oooh! I didn't even think of hurting for money, in which case we mean we need money badly. So by the same token, "hurting for nurses" would mean...., well, I guess. It's better diction than "hunting for nurses", but it's still not so good since it could be construed as ambiguous.
