After receiving high praise last year, Hong Kong MasterCard Luxury Week was marked this year in the last week of August, to demonstrate the overwhelming charm of fashion to Hong Kong.
The MasterCard Fashion Week was kicked off by the high fashion brand, Jean Paul Gaultier, radiating incomparable creativity and glamour with its Fall and Winter collection.
Celebrities and fashionistas of the city were gathered by high brands in the fashion world, such as Diane von Furstenberg, Escada, Kenzo, Marc Jacobs and Vera Wang.
To be certain of leaving guests with a remarkable experience of luxury, Fashion Week ended with "The Best of MasterCard Luxury Week" by Miele, staging five masterpieces from each participating brand this year.
Besides the fabulous shows and world-class brands, wonderful ideas and amenities played a vital role to enhance the lavishness. Free-flow Champagne, foie gras, snacks, and ice-cream from Godiva were served to satisfy appetites before the show.
SportMax and Kenzo served high tea during their shows to fill our senses with luxury.
